How can I return received goods?

In general, only non-personalized goods can be returned. Please pack everything in the original box and send the items to the address printed on the invoice or delivery note. For personalized products, you will receive a digital proof before production to avoid misunderstandings and typos. Production starts only after your approval.

QUESTIONS ABOUT CUSTOMIZING YOUR MUGS

What should my artwork look like and which file formats are required?

The best format is a vectorized EPS file. Images should always have a high resolution of at least 300 dpi. Photoshop, Illustrator, PDF and JPEG files can be used. For PDFs and Illustrator files, images should be embedded in the file. Text and individual letters must also be converted into vector paths/outlines so we can achieve the best results.

What should be considered with vector graphics?

Unlike image files made of pixels, vector files consist of paths/curves. You can scale them up and they remain sharp, while raster images become pixelated. It’s important that paths are closed when saving. For lettering (e.g., in company logos), make sure fonts are converted to outlines and saved as objects. Otherwise, fonts may be replaced when opened on another system.

How does ANYMUG ensure the quality of my print?

Customization is at the heart of what we do, so high-quality finishing is a must for us. In our configurator, we provide optimized print areas and suitable printing methods for many products. You also get a strong visual preview in the configurator. Additionally, for all first orders we send a digital proof for approval before production. This helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures consistently high-quality results.

How does the approval process work?

The approval process is an extra safety step to ensure the customization matches your expectations. After we receive your order, ANYMUG will send you a digital proof for approval. Production starts only after you approve it.

Which printing methods are available?

All items offered in our online shop can—and should—be customized. Only then do promotional products unfold their full impact. Depending on the product, shape and especially the material and surface, different printing methods are used.

What services does ANYMUG offer for logos and artwork?

Because perfect personalization matters to us, ANYMUG offers various services related to logos and artwork. If you don’t have an EPS file of your logo or lettering, we can create one for you.

QUESTIONS ABOUT DELIVERY

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery times depend on the selected product and the printing method. Therefore, the delivery time is shown on the product page. Do you have a fixed deadline and need your order faster? Feel free to contact us.

Will you deliver overages or underages?

At ANYMUG, we aim to deliver exactly the quantity you ordered. In rare cases, the printing process may result in slight over- or under-delivery. Under-deliveries will be credited; over-deliveries may be invoiced. Over-delivery is common practice in the promotional products industry, but we do not generally follow that practice.

Which payment methods does ANYMUG accept?

For first orders, we generally require payment in advance. From the second order onward, you can pay by invoice. Public authorities and large enterprises can generally purchase on invoice.

Can I pay by credit card or PayPal?

If you’re a buyer who can only pay by credit card or PayPal, please contact us and we’ll find a solution.
